As a resident of the Crenshaw community I got the opportunity to visit the With the Lil Trap House when it was just a pop-up shop. Now the “Lil Trap House” is on the verge of taking a life of its own. They are in talks of giving the museum that is located in Los Angeles a redo. From talking with the managers of the museum they said that the plan for this museum is to make it a community staple and tourist attraction, were people all around the world can visit and leave knowing that they learned the reason why these Los Angeles hip-hop legends are so important to the people in the West Coast. When I was told that this museum idea started in Atlanta I went to do my research. In 2018 Atlanta legend TI opened his Trap Music Museum in Atlanta. A couple of months later he decided to open a new installment of the museum in Los Angeles called the “Lil Trap House”.
